Karl Storz (India) took a major step in technology innovation on 1st January 2009 by implementing a State of the art Web based Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS) PAN India.The system was designed , developed and implemented by AKD Infotech under the leadership of Mr Radhakant Jaiswal (National Service Head of Karl Storz ( India).

The key objective of the system was to efficiently track all Complaints registered by Country wide Clients of Karl Storz (India) , from inception to closure.Karl Storz (India) is the preferred vendor for all major Health care clients such as Appollo, Fortis, Max, Medanta etc , and several Industrial clients spread across India and in many countries of Asia Pacific region.CCMS not only allows the users to track complaints , it also allows the management to measure efficiency, product quality and client satisfaction.CCMS  uses a strongly integrated work flow system which uses escalation, mobile communication, emails and on panel alerts to assist the users in tracking the complaints efficiently.
